This is an exciting career opportunity for a Materials Controller to add a market leading business to your CV. This materials position has been created due to business growth & recent acquisitions and will sit in the Operations department.

The Materials Controller will be responsible for managing the supply of incoming and outgoing goods and materials.

**Role responsibilities of the Materials Controller include**:

- Tracking raw material supplies and liaising with key suppliers to maintain sufficient stock to support demand
- Responsible for dispatch processes including packing of selected customer foods and preparation of finished product for collection
- Control and track key pieces of process equipment
- Ensuring necessary accurate documentation is prepared and assigned to outgoing dispatches

**Person Specification of the Materials Controller**:

- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent communication skills across all departments
- Flexible approach and looking for a varied role
- Keen to progress career and highly motivated

**Salary**

Up to £32k

This role will be well suited to you if you have held a role within operations as a material controller, material planner, supply chain planner, inventory planner and material coordinator.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
