Telesales Consultant - Glasgow

**Salary: Basic Salary £25-28k/yr (Pro rata part time) + UNCAPPED COMMISSION**

Optama Renewables have tripled in size in the last 12 months. As an ECO4 approved specialist installer we help customers access a £4B fund that has been set aside by the energy companies to improve the energy efficiency of homes throughout Scotland. We install air source heat pumps, solar panels, insulation, and efficient heating systems throughout Scotland. In addition to ECO4 we install air source heat pumps and solar systems to private customers throughout Scotland utilising the Home Energy Scotland grant funding.

As a direct result of this growth we are looking to add to the sales team with the recruitment of a telesales consultant and appointment maker. This is an exciting opportunity with great growth potential for the right individual. The magnitude of the grant funding and the direct impact that it has on people’s homes means that we have an abundance of quality inbound leads every day

In the role you will be:

- Making outbound calls to customers who have enquired about a renewable product, grant or heating measure for their home or business and to book them in for a technical survey / sales appointment.
- Updating customer data on our internal systems as well as booking the appointments in our technical surveyors’ calendars.
- Communicating your performance via daily reports and weekly meetings - to consistently improve both yourself and the business.
- Answering inbound calls from customers who are interested in Renewables or Heating systems and current customers requiring assistance
- Provide administrative support to our Sales Team.

You must have:

- High attention to detail and take pride in your work
- A passion for achieving targets
- A desire to continually improve
- The ability to use your own initiative and able to manage your own workload
- Be punctual and be professional always whilst representing the company

Desirable:

- Brief knowledge in the Renewables field
- History of exceeding targets
- Excel / Google sheets proficiency
