**Ashbury Bar / Activities Staff (Live-In Available for Couples)**

**This job will be located at our Ashbury Resort (EX20 4NL)**

**Accommodation can be provided: -**
- Double en-suite rooms available for ‘couples’ (communal lounge, kitchen and laundry facilities - £40 per person per week rent, all bills included).

**Full-time applicants preferable, but all applicants will be considered.**

**Starting Rates of Pay: -**
- 18-20 Year Old's - £7.55p/h for midweek shifts, £8.30p/h for weekend shifts
- 21-22 Year Old's - £9.25p/h for midweek shifts, £10.17p/h for weekend shifts
- 23+ Year Old's - £9.75p/h for midweek shifts, £10.72p/h for weekend shifts

**Duties: -**

**This is a job that offers variety, particularly for those who are able to learn multiple skills: -**
- **Bar**:

- All bar related duties i.e. drinks service, re-stocking, clearning, glass washing etc.
- **Activities & Other duties**:
**Hours**:

- FULL-TIME preferable, but part-time will be considered - Shift Work.
- As a full-time employee you would generally be expected to work 5 days of the week.
- Due to the nature of the job it will include a combination of daytime and evening time shifts, weekend work is essential and regular (higher rate of pay at the weekend). Common shift timings are: 8.00am-6.00pm, 3.00pm-12.00midnight.

**Person Specification**:

- Fast worker.
- Looking for an honest, hardworking individuals.
- Someone who is flexible in terms of working hours.
- Someone with an interest in GOLF would be welcomed as much (but not all) of the function at the Resort centers around Golf.

**Benefits**:

- Heavily subsidised membership for sport (gym, swimming, tennis etc.) and/or golf
- Social/Sports membership (i.e. gym, swimming, tennis etc) is approx. £35 per year. Children can also be added for £10 each per year.
- Golf is approx. £130 per year.
