Customer Service Administrator

We have a vacancy for a role within our Customer Service team to for an administrator to support our growing business.
The new team member will have high levels of organisational effectiveness, communication and teamwork.
- Excellent computer literacy & skills
- Experience in an admin/customer support role
- Hardworking, committed and reliable
- Knowledge of SAGE 200 or SAP desirable but not essential
- Experience using CRM desirable but not essential
- Team player with good communication skills
- Accurate with a keen eye for detail
- Good organisational & communication skills
- Friendly and professional telephone manner
The role is based at our head office within the picturesque North Shropshire countryside.
Temporary full-time and part time roles considered.
Additional benefits include a bonus scheme, pension, flexible home/office working and up to 35 days holiday.
