- My client, a small family run business who have been supply specialist medical equipment for a long time. They are seeking a good all rounder who is happy working in a small but successful business where they can train in this industry and develop youand your skills and take the weight of the directors and acting as the Office Manager and dealing with operational responsibilities_
- This is a lovely environment to work in, newly refurbished offers, where everyone is kind and open and easy to work with_

**The responsibilities are extremely varies so these are just a few**:

- Planning delivers and processing orders
- Liaising with freight companies and couriers
- Dealing with shipping documentation
- Resolving any issue that may arise
- Track and trace deliveries
- Provide customers with PO numbers
- Placing purchase orders for offices stationery and other goods needed
- Some stock administration
- Creating dispatch notes for large orders and book in with Distribution centre

To be comfortable working in a small family type business where everyone chips in
Have good IT skills including MS and preferably Xero for assisting with accounts
Someone who looks after the clients and builds a relationship and provides good customer services
Someone team orientated, kind and honest and who would treat the company as if it were their own
