**Transport Coordinator**

**Demonstrable Competencies**
- An ability to ensure all drivers provide their day-to-day files and that these are processed daily
- Support the daily stock control and replenishment for those depots with bulk storage
- Use of Fuelsoft software to help manage our fuel distribution (training will be given)
- Coordinate and resolve driver queries in a timely manner
- Ensure driver Tachograph compliance
- Compliance with the Working Time Directive
- Maintaining Health and Safety records
- Administer average overtime payments in relation to holiday pay
- Maintaining driver rotas for weekend working by depot
- Process and manage all regional driver holidays using our Sage HR portal
- Preparation and submission of driver’s hours for payroll
- Record and analyse fuel use records
- Process and record all PPE purchases
- Ensure all departmental transport and overhead purchase invoices are authorised/processed through the ‘Lightyear’ purchasing portal by the month end cut off deadline flagging exceptions
- Preparing monthly KPI reports for the Board Pack
- Occasional Routing (Visit Systems software) to take on planners role for holiday cover
- Support OKRs to deliver continuous improvement whilst meeting or exceeding company targets
- Review efficiencies and propose new controls and automation projects
- Handle overflow calls and take customer payments for yard sales, helping to coordinate timely responses to customer queries, escalating where necessary

**Salary**: £22,500.00-£25,000.00 per year
