CCA Recruitment have a fantastic new opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to work with our client based in East Kilbride, we are looking for individuals who have experience working in a fast-paced environment and dealing with multiple customer enquiries.

**Full time - 6 month contract, possibility going permanent**
**36.5hrs per week - Monday to Thursday 9-5 and Fridays 9-4**
**Salary - £9.90 per hour**
**2 weeks training - Office is based in East Kilbride**
**Possible hybrid working following completion of training**

Your main duties will be:

- Communicating with customers via inbound and outbound calls
- Investigating and solving any problems that may arise, these may be a quick fix or in some cases may be complex or long-standing issues.
- Handling any customer complaints or major incidents/
- Inputting accurate data to the relevant systems
- Uploading and processing sales orders

To be considered for this role, you must have strong communication skills and able to work in a fast paced environment. Previous experience in a similar role or contact centre based role would be beneficial. Ideally, you must have skills with computer software such as Sage, Word, Excel and PowerPoint but full training will be given.

Previous experience in sales order processing and customer service would be an advantage.
