Job Title: Customer Service Administrator

Location: East Kilbride

**Salary**: TBA (dependent on experience)

Hours - 8-5pm Mon - Thu, 8-2pm Friday

Contract: Permanent, Full Time

**The Company**:
We are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join our team at our head office In East Kilbride, where we have a very friendly team spirit in the office and Customer Service is always “high priority” in everyone’s day to day activities

**The role**:
1. Sharing telephone calls from customers, clients & internal staff.

2. Ensure all enquiries and complaints are dealt with satisfactorily

3. Control all client specific accounts

4. Control Customer Care issues for specific accounts

5. To Liaise with MCD clients on a day to day bases booking jobs

6. Liaising with Site agents regarding Customer Care jobs on a day to day bases

7. To update and maintain all reports and KPI’s for clients and Management alike.

8. To ensure all relevant booking are sent to logistics department for routing/planning

9. To assist department staff where appropriate.

10. To ensure a smooth month end closure with all loose ends tied up

11. To file, plot and scan all relevant paperwork

A customer orientated individual with an eye for detail

Good administrate skills

Ability to work to set deadlines

Good written and verbal communication skills

A “can do” attitude

Ability to deal with large volumes of work at peak periods

Confidant telephone manner

Must have previous office based experience within a customer service environment

**Personality**:
Self-driven, uses own initiative and assesses own performance although can accept criticism. Mature and comfortable in dealing with people on all levels. Reliable, committed and determined to meet targets. Organised and well presented, keen for new experiences, must easily adapt to new procedures and systems.

**Computer Skills**

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
