**About this role**:
Customer Service Administrator

Location - South Lanarkshire ( Hybrid Working after training )
Hours - Monday to Friday with an early finish at 1pm on a Friday
Salary - £27k

My client is looking for someone to join their team and provide first class service to internal and external customers whilst ensuring deliveries are all on time to several international markets.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Confirm customer's requirements and make sure that all the customer needs to do with the order are actioned. Obtain any information that is needed at the first stage in terms of product, pricing etc.
- Answer calls in a fast past environment at the best of your ability always putting the customer first
- Liaise with Finance Department and Credit Controller on any action required to enable payment or release of orders
- Prepare documentation accurately and within the necessary timeframe ensuring delivery of consignment and documents meet customer requirements in all aspects
- Ensure that the customer is kept informed of order and delivery progress at all stages and where appropriate takes action to resolve any difficulties that may arise
- Develop high quality and effective working relationships with customers and provide information relating to orders, shipments, products, and pricing
- Ensure compliance with international and customs and excise regulations
- Prepare documentation and certification required for product registrations
- Add and maintain customer master data
- Participate in supply chain optimisation projects
- Prepare and circulate team and departmental reports as required
- Maintain order and customer files in good order and complete as needed

**Requirements**:

- SAP experience
- Import or Export experience
- Close attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Assertive with the ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively.
- Proactive problem-solving skills with focus on improving customer outcomes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills/customer service experience
- Effectively communicates at all levels.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
