The position holder is required gain knowledge in all areas of the Arcadion Operations and carry out the tasks associated with running of the company’s activities to support the Department Heads.

**Responsibilities**:

- Have responsibility for the management of the Maintenance and Support Team functions in the execution of their duties.
- Be responsible as the “Line Manager” of the maintenance team of personnel. Carry out necessary team briefings, HR duties, leave approvals etc.
- Be responsible for the management of the Maintenance Team budgets, invoicing and commercial issues.
- Be qualified to provide support of a technical nature to the Support and Maintenance Teams, including preparation and generation of equipment Preventative Maintenance Routines, Work Execution Plans, Investigation of Technical Faults, Equipment Breakdown Support and spare part identification.
- Prepare and produce monthly and quarterly reports, technical, logístical, and financial.
- Monitor all necessary competence records for the technicians involved within the maintenance function
- Ensure all information provided to the field technicians conforms to required standards and an audit trail can be demonstrated.
- Ensure that Company and Client safety regulations are implemented
- To liaise with the Aramark Operations Managers onshore and the Unit Managers at Site.
- To liaise and report to department heads on a regular basis.
- Manage the stock of Hire Equipment and ensure it meets offshore and legislative requirements. Maintain tracking system of Equipment.
- Develop current client requirements and where possible expand the services provided, to both existing and new clients.
- Assist with Projects and refurbishments as requested or directed by the line supervision.
- Carry out other or additional tasks within his/her competency or capability as required by Management.

**Qualifications**
- To have completed a trade apprenticeship (Electrical) and holding the following certification preferable:

- City & Guilds 236 Part 1 & 2 trade Certificate, and / or
- ONC / HNC or higher in relevant discipline, and / or
- Government Training scheme, HM Forces, or Enterprise Board equivalent
- Demonstrate a courteous, professional and supportive attitude to client and colleagues.
- Experience with Galley, Laundry and Accommodation equipment would be advantageous.
- To be computer literate in the use of Microsoft Office systems (Excel, Word, PowerPoint Outlook) experience in Microsoft Project would be desired.
- To demonstrate flexibility in the role.
- Team Player - Supporting others to achieve the broader company objectives.
- Have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar position or role
- Hold a current UK Driving License.

**Salary**: £18,129.55-£41,628.91 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability

- Aberdeen: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
