OBM are looking to speak with experienced Offshore Drilling Materials Co-Ordinators on behalf of our Operator client. This is an initial three month contract role with a potential for a longer-term extension.

The job holders will act as the co-ordinators between offshore operations and onshore material and logistics service providers, ensuring that the rig / platform needs are met in a safe and cost-effective manner.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Co-ordinating and controlling all material and personnel movements to / from our client's offshore installation.
- Focal point for all offshore materials, marine & aviation activities on the installation providing support and guidance as required in conjunction with the MARCO, WSL and sub-contractor representatives onboard.
- Maintain regular and clear communication with all interested parties - communicate efficiently and clearly any changes of plan or emergent requirements as well as weather impacts to planned operations.
- Co-ordinate the receipt, handling, storage, maintenance and backload of all client and contractor provided materials offshore.
- Create and distribute accurate inbound Air and Sea manifests along with all required additional supporting documentation relating to the transport of any Waste or Hazardous materials as per SEPA, IATA and IMDG guidelines.
- Prepare and distribute daily operations, logistics and personnel lookaheads.
- Responsible for the coordination of effective deck management strategies to ensure the most optimised, safe and efficient use of deck space and available CCU's on board is achieved at all times.
- Manage all equipment and CCU certification dates.
- Support onshore Logistics Co-ordinator to create and review 48 and 24 hr load lists for all materials planned for mobilising to your assigned offshore asset.
- Liaise with Marine teams and Onshore Logistics Co-ordinator to ensure that the Supply Vessel bulk tanks are clean and available for required products to and from the asset in advance of departing from onshore.

**Minimum Qualifications / Certifications**:

- Experience / Awareness of shore base, aviation, marine operations and vessel movement planning activities.
- Competent user of business systems such as MS Word, Excel and Outlook etc.
- Valid offshore certification of MIST, BOSIET and OGUK Medical.
- Valid Transportation of Dangerous Goods by Air (IATA) and Sea certification (IMDG).

The above responsibilities are neither exclusive nor exhaustive and the incumbent may be called upon to carry out such other appropriate alternative or additional duties as may be required which are within their capability and competence. The job holder may also be required to work at other locations operated by the client as well as carrying out customer and supplier site visits.
