Ashton Recruitment require a Website Administrator for our client based in Belfast.

Position: Website Administrator

Location: Belfast

Duration: Permanent

Rate of Pay: £10.42 per hour

Hours of Work: 12 hours a week

Duties include (but not limited to):

- Coordinate requirements for promotional material as defined by the directors
- Assist with copywriting artwork, and web workflow for planned print and digital marketing communication.
- Drive campaigns through various communication tools including Facebook and Instagram
- Maintain up to date archives of all marketing files
- Assist content management and upkeep including shared drives and content libraries
- Plan and implement social media and social proof campaign for specific marketing goals
- Keep up to date with best practices in writing for the web and social media
- Keep up to date with industry-specific trends and activities that are used to communicate with customers
- Managing the website infrastructure
- Creating and updating web pages
- Photography of products and services
- Performing other office duties

Essential Criteria:

- Must possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise
- Strong time management skills
- Professional demeanour and excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
- Proactive, self-motivated, and initiative takin
- Computer Literate
