Adecco Recruitment are currently seeking multiple Health Claims Triage Handlers to join one of our prestigious clients based in Sheffield. These are temporary roles for initially 6 months with the possibility of extension. You will be required to work Monday to Friday, 09.00am - 17.00pm.

**Pay**:£12.00 per hour
- These roles are similar to a switchboard - You will direct the calls to the correct area of the business - to enhance the customer experience and save customers bouncing around the system and reduce call demand into the fulfilment team.
- There will be a set of questions (tool) to direct the calls - this tool is being built and will tell the person which demand is directed to which route.
- You will also be required to demand capture so the call data can be analysed.

**Essential**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Empathy and the ability to utilise the system.
- Professional telephone manor
- Strong attention to detail

**No previous experience is required however any experience within Customer Service or Call centre would be advantageous.**
