We are looking for a **Document Editor **to join our growing team. Your main duties will revolve around **writing**, **editing** and **researching** within the **healthcare** **sector** to produce documents, policies, guides and other types of writing relevant to health and social care, healthcare recruitment, local council or national law updates.

This is an office based position, and apart from editing and writing, it will involve occasional client contact on the phone or video calls, for example to discuss the document you wrote or the updates which were published. You will receive all the necessary on and off-the-job training in the form of coaching, sessions, guides, shadowing, and more. Once we're happy that you understand what it is that we do as a business, you will be able to work up to 2 days from home (current staff work 3 days in the office and 2 from home).

The role will include:

- learning the ins and outs of our systems, including ClouDoc,
- researching relevant laws, regulations or updates relevant to the healthcare sector, e.g. local government websites, healthcare regulatory bodies, etc.,
- writing documents (policies, guides, advice, newsletters,) based on your research or updates gathered by the team,
- reviewing and editing existing documents, proofreading, formatting, making updates,
- managing tasks and deadlines,
- using project management, CRM, and in-house software,
- implementing plans and instructions to given deadlines,
- various administrative duties,
