The EMEA (Europe, Middle-East and Africa) Marketing Communication Specialist is responsible for the design and execution of marketing campaigns for Agilent's Portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Designs multi-tactic campaigns to achieve program objectives defined by the Marketing Program Manager and documents planning, timing and results for the campaigns
Responsible for choosing tactic mix, identifying customer target groups and setting communications strategy. Supports the Marketing Program team in the development of the program brief, associated business case and multi-campaign program calendar. Works closely with global product line marketing teams to inject regional EMEA requirements into global campaign design. Works closely with the EMEA Marketing Program Manager (MPM) to adapt global campaigns for execution in the EMEA region. Owns the development of graphical layout (collaterals, booth, banners etc.) for regional campaigns in close collaboration with the WW Marcom organization and Agilent Creative Services team. Adheres to Agilent brand and messaging standards - ensures brand compliance when working with 3rd parties. Owns and maintains campaign setup in Customer Relation Management system. Works closely with Marketing Automation team on the deployment of EMEA e-pushes and the design of advanced nurture campaigns. Collaborate with the different Country Event Support Teams and Agilent partners on campaign execution. Analyzes campaign performance in order to optimize tactic mix and increase return on marketing investment. Compiles reports to review campaign performance. Responsible for allocation and tracking of EMEA campaign budgets in close alignment with MPM Reports into the EMEA Marketing Communications Manager
Qualifications
Extensive Marcom expertise, including proven digital marketing expertise Cross-discipline Marcom skills with proven proficiency in implementing a wide mix of tactics including Demand Generation, e-pushes, social media, customer events both face-to-face and digital, advertising. Proven project management experience with both internal team members and external partners Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-country / multi-channel environment across Europe, Middle East and Africa Knowledge of graphical software and html editors (Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver, InDesign, Illustrator) is an advantage Experience in technology-oriented B2B environment, experience in the analytical markets desirable Strong written and oral communication skills in English and preferably another major European languageSee what it's like to work at Agilent Technologies and what we offer you:
