We are currently searching for a temporary Credit and Collections Admin to join the **EuropeanAccounting Service (EAS) for our large, global aerospace client located in Leighton Buzzard.**

**Role**: Credit collections administrator

**Duration**: 6 months

**Hours**: 39 hours/week - Day shifts

**Location**: Leighton Buzzard, fully remote

You will support the credit and collection specialist in charge of a dedicated customer portfolio. EAS is responsible for maintaining customer contacts, collect on several high profile accounts and prevent overdue invoices. You will join the team to contributeto EAS goals and successes.

**The main responsibilities are**:

- Supporting inquiries from customers and internal departments: copy of invoices, payment detail, account clearing
- Interact with internal customers
- Liaise with the existing credit team
- Unlock the daily orders that say "Credit Check", following the payment orders for advanced payment.

**Attributes**:

- Customer Relationship skills
- Good communication skills.
- **Basic knowledge of Excel and SAP experience is preferred.**:

- Detailed oriented with the ability to perform accurate and high volume of data
- BAC +2
- Team work

- Help colleagues in follow-up customer accounts.
