**Location: Leighton Buzzard, LU7 4TE**

**Contract Type: 40 hours per week. Working any 5 out of 7 on a rota basis which will consist of days, evenings and weekends.**

**Salary: £23,000 per year + £200 per month car allowance. We have a bonus scheme that provides you with an on target annual earnings of £40,000**

Job Role:
Meet and greet our customers at our Express stores, looking after them every step of their CarShop journey. Be a proactive brand ambassador and support the business in spreading good Carma.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Customer Welcome - Greet customers in person or via telephone, build rapport quickly and effectively explaining our new concept store.
- Information Exchange - Qualify if the customer is for C&C, Aftersales or Vehicle search and take the customer through the relevant customer journey giving a world-class customer experience.
- Vehicle Demo - Assist our customers with our store test drive arrangements, ensuring the process is followed in a compliant and professional manner.
- Part Exchange Valuation - understand and complete the process of valuing the customers’ vehicle to give a true and accurate reflection of its condition.
- Regulated Status - ensure all customers are aware of our regulated status and privacy policy.
- Purchase Presentation and Confirmation - conduct a discussion with the customer and gain commitment to purchase the vehicle. Complete all documentation; sell paint protection, MOT and Advantage benefits.
- Needs awareness - accurately complete DANs at the first opportunity for every sales customer, ensuring compliance with the FCA and internal company audit.
- Financial suitability -present HP & PCP (if qualifying car) to all customers allowing an informed decision by the customer on suitability.
- Product presentation - Professional presentations to all customers allowing an informed decision by the customer on suitability of warranty and GAP. Correct procedure followed in line with FCA regulations and treating our customers fairly.
- Document Presentation and Payment
- You are responsible for the correct presentation and completion of all finance documents, order form, proposal form, registered products and DAN system etc.
- Collections handover - responsible for the agreed time and date of collection ensuring targets are achieved.
- Complete all administrative work associated with the pre delivery inspection, handover and dispatch of vehicles. Ensuring our customer has a smooth process.
- As part of the store team, deal with any walk-in customers regarding faults/complaints and ensure all details are logged on the customer service system or escalated as appropriately to store management.
- To contact our customers after collection to resolve any issues or create an ongoing relationship with the company.
- Ensure Opening and Lock Up procedures are adhered to at all times.
