**We are looking for a Registrar** **to join our Hayward Exhibitions, Visual Arts team on a full time permanent basis.**

**About the role and the team**:
The Southbank Centre is seeking an experienced Exhibitions Registrar to work in the Exhibitions Department, responsible for temporary exhibitions across a wide range of strands, including Hayward Gallery, Hayward Touring, Arts Council Collection touring exhibitions, and site-specific commissions. This is a busy post requiring experience in all registrarial aspects of organising large, complex shows, including international touring exhibitions.

**Role objectives**:

- To successfully deliver Hayward Gallery exhibitions onsite and to facilitate onward international tours where applicable
- To coordinate Hayward Gallery Touring and Arts Council exhibitions to external venues across the UK
- To support the Visual Arts team with temporary onsite outdoor displays of loaned artworks when appropriate

Southbank Centre is Europes largest arts centre and one of the UKs top five visitor attractions, occupying an 11-acre site that sits in the midst of Londons most vibrant cultural quarter on the South Bank of the Thames. The site has an extraordinary creative and architectural history stretching back to the 1951 Festival of Britain.
