**About You**:
You will be part of the busy Programme Support team within Estates Maintenance undertaking a range of duties:
- providing excellent support to trade staff, managers and contractors via the telephone & mobile device,
- ensuring maintenance work is correctly scheduled and completed within our set targets as well as assisting in general technical duties
- ensuring that materials are ordered,
- raising orders
- paying invoices
- managing programmes of work
- you will liaise with residents, peers and colleagues on a daily basis so communication and customer focus will be essential to the role
If you have organisational, customer service, time management, good oral/written and communications skills, then we would like to hear from you.
As the work is varied a flexible approach is required to meet changing needs and tight deadlines. A general understanding of construction / maintenance related activities is desirable. Ongoing training will be provided in technical areas as required.
