Experienced Bookkeeper

CNM Estates is a group of companies, based in New Malden in Surrey, engaged in the acquisition and development of property. An opportunity has arisen for a bright, committed and adaptable Bookkeeper to join our team. The post holder will be a committed self-starter, able to work on their own initiative in a fast-paced environment as a key member of a small and friendly team.
**Responsibilities**:
Day to day data entry
Bank Reconciliation
VAT preparation
Supplier Account reconciliation and management
Expenses logging
Petty cash reconciliation
Year End preparations for external accountant
Any ad hoc accounts work as required
Prepare reports as required
**Requirements**:
Professional qualification in accountancy from a recognized body or association would be preferred (but not necessary), with 3-5 years work experience
Bookkeeping experience, preferably Sage 50
Good understanding of Excel and Word
Good communication skills
Good organizational skills
The ability to work to tight deadlines
The ability to work under pressure and on own initiative

**Salary**: £19,397.30-£29,358.49 per year
