Fuel Logistics Specialist, Aviation

As a Fuel Logistics Specialist, you will be the face of our Aviation segment, delivering exceptional customer service to our Global Clients. You will handle a variety of tasks, from coordinating fuel orders, resolving issues, providing quotes, and updating records. You will work in a fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same. You will need to be confident, calm, and decisive. We believe in flexibility, meaning you can balance working from home as well as in our state-of-the-art office in Canary Wharf.

You will be part of a diverse and supportive team that spans four continents but works together as one. You will collaborate with other departments to solve complex problems and ensure customer satisfaction. We also collaborate with other departments to solve complex issues which results in a high level of customer satisfaction (99.8%) You will also have the opportunity to grow your skills and career within WKC, a leading company in the Aviation industry.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- A natural curiosity and passion for all things Aviation-related.
- 2+ years’ experience in a telephone customer service or sales based role
- High standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements
- Attention to detail is a must for this role
- Ideally coming from an environment where Governance, Compliance and Error rates are adhered to at all times
- A motivation to exceed expectations every day.
- A strong team spirit and a positive attitude.
- Empathy, professionalism, and respect for others.
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and oral).
- Adaptability and resilience in an ever-changing fast-moving environment.
- Proficiency with technology and multiple systems.
