Please note, training for the below role will be based on-site so you would need to live in the Derby area and be able to easily commute to this location during the training period._

**How will you get to this Customer Service Advisor role?**
Our client is based just outside Derby, so if you have access to your own car and live in surrounding areas, great If you are limited to public transport, there are bus stops a short walk from the site (just over 30 minutes if you are traveling from Ripley or Derby city centre), bus stop is located just outside the building, parking available too. Alternatively, once you have successfully completed the training and meet all client performance requirements, you will be able to work fully remotely if you choose.

**What duties will be included in this Customer Service Advisor role**:

- Using your customer service skills, you will provide an effortless customer journey and experience through a variety of communication channels.
- You will gain an understanding of each customer's situation, spotting potential opportunities to deliver excellent customer service.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations.
- Ensure all telephone calls are answered within our service level agreement, booking, engineer visits utilising the Salesforce platform.
- Work in line with Contact Centre processes and targets to ensure a professional service is provided at all levels.
- Work closely with our customers to keep them informed and delighted with the customer service they have experienced.

**What does this Customer Service Advisor role involve?**

**Hours**: 39.5 hours per week.
**Shifts between the hours of**:Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm, Saturday 8am to 3pm and Sunday 8am - 12pm
- Shifts are arranged on a rota basis and flexibility is required._
**Salary**: £23066 and up to £1500 bonus

**What will you bring to this Customer Service Advisor role**:

- At least 2 year's previous customer service experience is essential.
- At least 1 year's previous customer service in a call centre is desirable but not essential.
- Solid recent work history within customer service
- Highly approachable with good interpersonal
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Flexible approach to learning new skills to support business requirements.
- Self-starting with a positive outlook and determination to succeed.
- Demonstrate the drive to deliver world class service to all customers.
- Motivational to work alone or as part of a team.
