**Areas of Responsibility and Key Tasks**
- To plan, prepare and deliver a range of sessions, with guidance/instruction from OMNI Senior Service Leads. Responsible for planning and delivery.
- To liaise with Senior Service Leads prior to sessions to ensure plans are appropriate and role needs, and expectations are met
- To coordinate tasks for example with EHCP, Care Plans, Risk Assessments
- To create and maintain an engaging, fun, and supportive environment, demonstrating flexibility in planning and running sessions in response to varying/changing needs of our young people and families.
- To be aware of and comply with all OMNI Ltd Policies and Procedures
- To participate in mandatory/other training and performance management meetings as required
- To always observe confidentiality
- To be confident to undertake lone working
- To undertake all duties reasonably requested by the OMNI Senior Service Leads
- Ensure all safeguarding is reported and recorded in line OMNI policies
- Working hours to include Academic School Terms, unsocial hours to meet the request/needs of our customers

**Salary**: From £15.00 per hour

- Bristol, Bristol: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
