Payroll Tutor - South West (Home-Based) - £22k - £35k + benefits
A training company are looking to secure the services of a South West based, experienced payroll professional to join their team in training juniors as a Payroll Tutor
**Requirements**:
We are looking for a South West based, experienced CIPP (at least Level 3) qualified Payroll professional who is interested in becoming a Payroll Tutor who can create and deliver training and mentoring to support and develop payroll juniors.
The payroll tutor role includes planning, teaching, learning and mentoring Payroll executives, as well as assisting in the creation of resources and participation in webinars.
Skills and Experience Required:

- CIPP / NVQ Level 3 Certification required
- Driving licence and own transport
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Travel Requirements:
The role is predominantly home-based but travel will be required at times. You will have a caseload of 35-40 learners whom you will have a 1-1 session every 3 weeks online and a face to face session every 9 weeks). The rest of the training is delivered viavideo conference.
