The Psychological Therapies Hub is a centrally managed service comprising of a team of friendly and welcoming professions including nurses, occupational therapists and psychologists.

Key qualities for successful **Team administrator** applicants are good general administrative and clerical skills; ability to work on own initiative and prioritise own workload; warm telephone skills with the ability to deal sensitively and confidentially with service users and the general public.

**Main duties of the job**

You will need to have experience in an office environment and the following skills and qualifications:

- A good ability to use Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Experience of working as an administrator.
- Keyboard skills are fast and accurate.
- GCSE English Grade C or above or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills when dealing as first point of contact on the telephone and in written correspondence
- Effective handling of highly confidential information ensuring high level of discretion and accuracy at all times
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
