Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Exemplar Health Care. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality psychological services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for clients with complex mental health needs.
  • Deliver evidence-based psychological interventions, including individual and group therapy sessions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
  • Provide consultation and training to staff members on mental health-related topics.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or a related field.
  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as a Practitioner Psychologist.
  • Experience working with clients with complex mental health needs, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
