Administrator/credit Controller

Pirtek have a vacancy in the York area for a strong credit controller/administrator to join their busy team.
Are you confident using Microsoft packages, have excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and have a professional, friendly, can do attitude? If so, we would like to hear from you.
Key responsibilities:
Responsible for the accurate input of data
Deal with all enquiries brought to attention in a professional and timely manner.
Work with other members of the team to resolve problems.
Deliver an exceptional level of customer service to customers and colleagues.
- Credit control and pro-active ledger management
- Allocations of monies received to invoices
- Maintain accounts within agreed credit limits and aged debt requirements
- Ensure accounts are paid within agreed terms
- Deal with internal staff and clients to resolve queries through to client payment
- Dealing with solicitors in respect of seriously overdue accounts
- Producing reports needed by Directors
- Sending out monthly statements
- Raising & inputting of credit notes
- Inputting & allocation of cash
- Account opening for new customers.
Support will be required across other departments from time to time so flexibility is a must.
- Full Microsoft package skills including excel
- Full working knowledge of Xero is essential
Hours:
Monday - Friday 9am-3pm
Salary - £12- 14p/h
**Salary**: £18,720.00-£21,840.00 per year
