**Administrator**

**Location**: Outskirts of Malton

**Salary**: £26,000 - £28,000

**Hours**: Monday to Friday 6am - 4pm

We are recruiting for an experienced Administrator for our client who are a market leading company. You will be working for a family orientated business who offer full training and other opportunities within the business.

Due to the location own transport is essential.

You will be the first point of contact for all collections and deliveries, making sure all paperwork and records are updated. You will be responsible for ensuring that all vehicles delivering raw materials are weighed, sampled, and receipted on entering and exiting the site whilst supporting the intake manager in the handling and stock control of bulk raw materials to ensure the needs of the company are met.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure all vehicles entering and leaving site have the correct paperwork and updating records on computer systems.
- Liaise with Intake Manager on stock levels & locations.
- Ensure all paperwork is completed in line with company protocol.
- Work closely with another colleague, and other departments.

**Key Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
