**The Role**:
To maintain and improve on an ongoing basis all required aspects of all company websites, ordering & logistics as directed, including the aspects of stocking, population, general maintenance, categorising, obtaining and fulfilling.
**Main Duties**
- Updating the website with the new products being sold.
- Maintain accurate stocking of products and liaising with suppliers to ensure this.
- Liaise and maintain a good rapport with suppliers.
- Successfully prioritise and organise workloads as these become time critical.
- Use of various IT systems (not exhaustive of: Microsoft, Rightworx Ltd Systems, Photoshop, and Courier Systems.
- Creation of Stock Reports.
- Contribute to internal and external meetings (where appropriate).
- Ensuring the Maintenance of both Google & Trustpilot feedback scores.
- Monitoring daily communications and answering queries.
- Preparing statutory accounts.
- Ensuring payments, amounts and record are correct.
- Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
- Controlling credit / Invoice processing and filing.
- Liaising with third party providers and suppliers.
- Updating and maintaining procedural documentation.
- Ordering customer orders from suppliers, including order confirmations.
- Updating spreadsheets with lead-time.
- Feedback requests.
- Order paperwork.
- Delivery updates.
- Labels for deliveries / Manifests for deliveries.
- Compliance with all company Health and Safety Policies/Regulations.
**Desired Skills and Qualities**
- GCSE Maths A*-C / 9-4 desirable.
- GCSE English A*-C / 9-4 desirable.
- Computer literate.
- Enthusiastic.

- Excellent communication.
- Customer service skills.
**Salary, Hours and Benefits**
- **£12,480** per annum
- Working hours to be confirmed upon confirmation of job role.
- **24 Days Annual Leave.**
**What Apprenticeship Training will you Receive?**
The successful applicant will complete and obtain a **Level 3 Business Administration** Qualification through Learning Curve Group.
You will be taught through:
- 4-6 Weekly 1-2-1 Sessions with your tutor
- 6 weekly hours of Off The Job Training
- The course is a **14 months** programme
