We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining computer numerically controlled (CNC) machines to produce high-quality parts and components. This is a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring precision and efficiency in our production operations.
**Responsibilities**:
- Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications
- Load materials into the machine and monitor the production process
- Adjust machine settings to ensure proper performance and accuracy
- Inspect finished products for quality and make necessary adjustments
- Troubleshoot issues that may arise during the production process
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols at all times
**Experience**:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience:
- Previous experience as a CNC Operator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of materials handling and warehouse operations
- Mechanical knowledge and ability to use hand tools effectively
- Basic mathematical skills for measurements and calculations
- Familiarity with CAD software and ability to read technical drawings
- Experience with assembly processes and techniques
- Preferred experience wuth Fanub and Mazatrol programming systems
