Rental Advisor

We are looking for ambitious and driven individuals who are passionate in providing world class customer service. This role comes with a basic salary between £23,000.00 and £25,000.00 per annum.

**About You**

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Rental Advisor to join our Rental department at DM Keith Skoda Leeds.

We are looking for someone who is able to listen to the customer’s needs and been able to adapt your skills and knowledge to suit the customer individually. As a Rental Advisor you will be responsible for owning the customer experience from start to finish, this will involve vehicle preparation, booking vehicles in and out for rental and accurately completing all required documentation.

Handling customer queries.

As a Rental Advisor you will have excellent motivational skills, drive, ambition and people skills

The successful applicant will have excellent communication and organisational skills and have the ability to provide great customer service to our customers and colleagues alike.

Great attention to detail, strong administration skills and high levels of accuracy are essential within this role.

Knowledge of the automotive rental industry is desirable, however experience of working within an Office/Administration environment would be beneficial.

Full UK Driving Licence.

**Working Hours**

9am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday

Every other Saturday 8:30am - 12:30pm

If you have worked in retail previously, you will be glad to know we close Easter Sunday, Christmas day, Boxing day and New Years Day.
