**What you will do**

To manage all maintenance processes and to ensure all customers receive excellent customer service

Identify additional products / services whilst maintaining the Company’s high standards

Maintain detailed understanding of the motor industry processes and practices with up-to-date knowledge of vehicle legislation, consumer legislation and trade practices including trade description and consumer protection laws.

Ensure maintenance entries are recorded accurately and completely

Assist the maintenance team in achieving target costs for servicing and repairs

Accurate and efficient data input

**How you will do it**

Manage and track maintenance of vehicles

Processing tyre replacements/repairs and arranging customer recharges

Processing vehicle repairs in a timely manner

Negotiating rates and repair times with manufacturers and dealerships

Discussing repairs/work required in detail with manufacturers and dealerships and challenging responses as required.

Checking supplier invoices to ensure pricing is correct and they are uploaded to the database

Chasing maintenance and bodywork suppliers to ensure timely repairs of vehicles

Other ad hoc duties as required by the Company

**What do you need to be successful...**

Successful track record in similar role, or alternatively a role which has transferable skills i.e Vehicle Technician or Service Advisor

Methodical and process driven

High levels of attention to detail and accuracy

Work well under pressure especially during peak periods

Good numeracy & literacy skills

Good IT skills, including an understanding of Microsoft packages

Proven communication skills to both internal and external stakeholders

Strong organisation skills to effectively manage and prioritise workload
