**Healthcare Assistant Position Available**

We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our healthcare team as a Healthcare Assistant. This role is a cornerstone of our patient care system, offering a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the well-being of our patients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Patient Support**:Provide assistance with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming.
- **Health Monitoring**:Keep track of vital signs and report any significant changes to the medical team.
- **Medication Administration**: Administer medications as prescribed and monitor for any adverse reactions.
- **Mobility Assistance**:Aid in patient movement and transfers, prioritizing safety and comfort.
- **Emotional and Social Support**: Offer companionship and emotional support to patients, fostering a nurturing environment.
- **Record Keeping**:Maintain meticulous records of patient care, condition, progress, and concerns.
- **Collaborative Care Planning**: Work alongside healthcare professionals to formulate and execute personalized care plans.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in a healthcare assistant role or similar is advantageous, though not mandatory.
- Familiarity with basic medical terminology and healthcare procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- A naturally caring and empathetic approach to patient care.
- Strong interpersonal abilities, with a focus on patient-centered service.

This role may require additional responsibilities as the needs of our patients evolve. We are looking for someone who is flexible, eager to learn, and deeply passionate about making a difference in healthcare.

**Salary**: £12.11-£13.38 per hour
