The Parts & Repairs Order Manager is leading a team responsible for the order to remittance process working closely with the global supply chain and the customer to provide them a smooth and seamless process in the delivery of their order.

**In this role you will be responsible** for
- Managing your team to execute the full order to remittance cycle: from Purchase Order to Cash collection.
- Providing clear visibility on the P&L Parts performance on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to achieve the Sales and GM targets (2023 target $60M/ $24M Gross Margin) as well as the associated risk management.
- Working with UK Parts Sales Leader to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction on key accounts as well as supporting GE Power Conversion internal customers (Services, other GEPC P&Ls) to ensure effective delivery of parts to their service jobs.
- Own continuous improvement through the engagement of lean principles in daily operations and ensure operational excellence in the areas of integrity, controllership, and compliance.
- Other duties may be assigned by management to meet business needs.

- Strong Experience as team leader with demonstrated capability to coach, train, and mentor.
- Experience in operations, supply chain, finance, manufacturing, or parts.
- Improvement mindset / Ability to establish priorities and initiate problem-solving techniques using data analytics.
