A highly successful accountancy practice established since 1992 and based in Hayes, West London, is currently looking for an experienced and sharp Administrator to work on a permanent basis.

**Responsibilities**
- Basic data entry work within the realms of pre-defined internal systems (knowledge of MsExcel would be useful).
- Chasing up clients/contractors to be able to collate their business records and progress with their work.
- Liasing with clients, the HMRC Office and other staff members, ensuring work is done within the established deadlines and tasks are appropriately prioritised.
- Performing administrative functions, such as, filing, scanning, printing and processing of the post.
- Preparing estimated tax calculations for the clients.
- Providing customer-service by answering telephones and dealing with client queries (be it existing or prospective clients).
- Submission of individual and company tax returns to the HMRC electronically
- problem-solving and following-up on specific cases with the Tax Office.
- Be organised and efficient in their working patterns
- Be proficient in the use of MS Excel and Word
- Good Telephone manner
- Have excellent written and spoken English
- Possess a typing speed in excess of 40 wpm

Please also note that all training is given on the job, there is no requirement to hold any background knowledge in accounting/taxation, although it is advantageous.
