Responsibilities as Diary Coordinator include:
- Customer service to all new and existing customers
- Administrative duties surrounding client records and bookings
- Updating and maintaining client information on companies CRM
- Diary management for multiple bookings, following the customer journey from beginning to end
We are looking for:
- Strong IT and administration skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work in a fast paced, changing environment
