We have a new full-time vacancy now available for a resourceful Administrator to join a Commercial Team within a highly regarded Law firm in Southampton.

This is a busy and varied administrative position which requires excellent organisational skills and the ability to produce a high volume of work. Good interpersonal skills together with the ability to work as part of a team and deliver excellent service are essential to this role.

The exciting thing about this new position is that you do not need industry experience, in fact the team you will be joining are keen to welcome an efficient administrator to the ranks and are notorious for their training and support.

The team you will be joining are highly regarded and provide advice across a wide range of business sectors. The business works with individuals and SMEs through to major financial institutions and household names and advise on the full remit of legal issues which affect businesses during their lifecycle.

**Key skills and experiences needed to fulfil this role include**:

- Attention to detail
- Self-motivated
- Competent MS Office skills (Word, Outlook)
- Interpersonal skills
- Teamwork
- Customer service skills
- An eagerness to learn and develop your skills
- Math and English GCSE (grade A-C)
- Some previous administrative experience is an advantage but not essential

**This is a full-time or part-time role (minimum 3 days a week) and is office-based.**
