A full-time position for an administrator has opened up with our client, a well-respected fire safety company based in Bradley Stoke. You will be responsible for providing administrative support for the business, liaising with clients and engineers in order to ensure that jobs are completed to requirements as well as updating and maintaining systems. **Responsibilities**:

- Monitoring and updating client portals
- Uploading new client contract information and preparing service invoices
- Compiling service quotes and renewals
- Providing administrative support to engineers and uploading engineer jobs onto the operating platform
- Uploading monthly PPM for engineers
- Co-ordinate with other departments to ensure all key client SLA’s are achieved and jobs are chased to completion
- General admin duties and training
- Motivated with strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational and administrator skills
- Attention to detail

**Salary**: £21,000 per annum

**Hours**: 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday, full time
