**Business unit**: Construction

**Role Purpose**:
**Key Accountabilities**:
Writing leadership on target bids and proposals
Attend start-up meetings with production team to agree strategy, content and actions
Provide written content for business-critical public sector national frameworks
Dissect questions and produce answer plans to maximise relevant information extracted from team members
Manage some key regional bid team relationships and share key information with the central team
Collaborate effectively as part of a variety of UK-wide bid and proposal teams

**Skills and Experience**:
A track record in a related field such as construction, engineering and property would be advantageous
Excellent writing ability with evidence of having produced written content for successful bids
Excellent verbal communication including active listening skills
A confident writer who can take raw information and create engaging and compelling written content
Experience of responding to framework (re)bids and mini competitions
Basic Adobe InDesign / InCopy skills would be beneficial
Experience of public sector bids is essential, with private sector bid experience being beneficial

**Qualifications**:
Preferably qualified to degree level or similar
APMP qualified or an openness to join our corporate programme to become qualified
