Supply Heroes are looking for an experienced School Administrator for a lovely primary school with a strong reputation in Selly Oak, Birmingham. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced School Administrator to join our team full-time after Easter, 8:45am - 3:45pm

The School Administrator is responsible for providing a range of administrative and support services to the school community. This includes:

- Managing the school office and reception
- Overseeing the school's administrative systems
- Providing support to the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team
- Liaising with parents and carers
- Coordinating school events and activities

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the day-to-day running of the school office, including answering the phone, greeting visitors and dealing with correspondence
- Oversee the school's administrative systems, including student records and attendance
- Provide support to the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team with a range of administrative tasks
- Liaise with parents and carers on a range of matters, including student progress, reports, and events
- Coordinate school events and activities, such as parents' evenings, sports days, and school plays

Person Specification:

- Excellent administrative and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience of working in a school environment is desirable
- Experience of a school system e.g., Bromcom, SIMS, CMIS, ScholarPack etc is desirable
