We are seeking an experienced Social Value Coordinator to join our team at A.D.S Construction Personnel Ltd. As a Social Value Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in delivering social value activities and initiatives that benefit local communities.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Social Value Manager in delivering social value activities and initiatives on construction projects.
- Provide administrative and reporting assistance to support social value activities.
- Collect and upload data on the Social Value Portal to measure social outcomes.
- Assist in sourcing information for tenders, including local community groups and activities, local suppliers, and Third Sector Organizations.
- Support project teams in embedding and delivering social value opportunities.
- Explore creative and innovative ways to deliver social value activities and initiatives.
- Establish and sustain relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
- Set up regular meetings with supply chain partners to discuss social value targets and community engagement opportunities.
- Identify social value developments and initiatives in the wider industry and bring them to the table for consideration.
- Assist the Social Value Manager and site teams in facilitating educational activities, such as site visits and presentations to schools and colleges.
- Promote the company as industry leaders in delivering social value on projects.
- Generate content and create marketing materials in line with regional marketing plans.
- Experience in social value and community engagement within the main contracting market.
- Drive and confidence to organize and deliver social value opportunities.
- Good understanding of the need to measure and capture social value data.
- Awareness of social media platforms, including LinkedIn and Twitter.
- Ability to travel across projects and clients.
