**About the role**

An exciting new position has arisen for a Showroom Host/Receptionist within a professional working environment located within our Leeds showroom.

**_Responsibilities_**
- Greet all showroom visitors in a friendly and professional manner, assisting with queries and passing to the relevant showroom area or team member
- Take phone calls and respond to queries as appropriate, transferring to the correct individual or team
- Provide refreshments for customers/visitors and ensure the seating and refreshment area is tidy and fully stocked
- To pass on messages promptly and accurately
- Deal with incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Assist with administrative tasks as required

**_Required Skills and Experience_**

To be successful, you will have previous experience as a Receptionist within a professional environment and have intermediate IT skills. In addition to your experience, you will demonstrate:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service focus
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Be hardworking, determined, confident, and ambitious with the drive to succeed.
- Be customer-focused with the ability to listen to customer needs and respond to these appropriately. Good communicator.
- Be an ambitious & confident individual.
- Have a flexible approach to duties with a willingness to adapt and learn.
- Have the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
