We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing a fantastic service and interested in developing a broad set of skills and knowledge through handling a varied workload including supporting projects, initiatives and dealing with student and staff enquiries.

The Student Support Advisor is an integral role within our Student Welfare and Wellbeing section, enabling us to deliver excellent welfare and support to our students. The role includes supporting the team through a range of duties and tasks, including administrative support and being an initial point of contact for students and staff enquiries.

You will have the opportunity to develop your administration skills by supporting the service with the delivery of key projects including tackling sexual violence, harassment and hate incidents on campus, enhancing our approach to Safeguarding and risk assessment, ensuring our processes and procedures are robustly documented and maintained.

We are looking for someone with enthusiasm and commitment to supporting key administration processes integral to the success and delivery of student welfare support.

You will have excellent communication skills, and experience in using your initiative to find appropriate solutions whilst working within a fast paced environment.
