**Your Contribution**

Working as a key member of the mill management team, the Plant Controller is someone who controls plant operations to ensure the manufacture of products follows quality, planning and safety standards to support a more sustainable agriculture system.

**How you will help**:

- On Time & In Full production line activities _
- Operate the computerised production control system
- Ensure accurate batching process control
- Maintain Plant Efficiency
- Produce top quality products
- Deliver Production Schedule
- Keeping the house in order:_
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow and ensure others follow the rules
- Oversee basic testing and quality checks
- See it & Say It_
- Report and document shift actions
- Provide shift performance feedback
- Ask and encourage others to ask questions
- Tell us your ideas for improvement

**What you need to do the job**:
**Essential**:

- 1 Years relevant experience
- Operating computerized systems
- Production or Mill environment
- Acting as a coach or leader
- Delivering to a production plan
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to give and follow instructions.
- Excellent numerical skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Action and continuous improvement orientated
- Ability to work on your own initiative as well as within a team
- Eligibility to work in the UK.

**Desirable**:

- Knowledge and understanding of food product, storage and rotation
- Health & Safety Accreditation
- A Forklift Licence (Counterbalance &/or Reach)
