At Almet Doors Ltd we value efficiency and accuracy in our financial processes. As a Purchase Ledger Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our company's financial transactions are recorded correctly and in a timely manner.

**Responsibilities**:

- Processing purchase invoices and credit notes accurately and efficiently
- Matching invoices to purchase orders and resolving any discrepancies
- Investigating and resolving supplier queries
- Reconciling supplier statements and ensuring all payments are made on time
- Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
- Assisting with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Purchase Ledger Clerk or in a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively
- A proactive and can-do attitude
