Outbound Sales Representative
- Utilities

**Location**: Sunderland - Role is office based with potential to work from home after 3 months

**Hours**: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm - No weekends

37.5 Hours per week

**Salary**: £10.90 per hour, increasing in April 2024 to £12 in line with the Real Living Wage.

8 months sales experience within a contact centre is essential for this role.

Tasks

You will be working on behalf of our client, who is one of the largest gas and electricity energy suppliers to residential customers and businesses in the UK.

As an Energy Sales advisors you will be providing outbound calls to existing customers and will showcase the newest tariffs available from the client.

You will build a rapport with the customer and use probing questions to find the best product fit for the customer’s needs.

To finish you will close the deal using your excellent selling techniques.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Engaging warm leads through inbound and outbound calls.
- Build rapport with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and upsell additional products.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system.

- Determined to meet or exceed your performance targets
