Medipod Clinics is a fresh clinic in the heart of Hinckley. We are passionate about feet and we care about our patients and staff.

We are looking for a part time clinic coordinator join our team at Medipod Clinics in Hinckley, Leicestershire.

We hire on attitude not just skills and we are looking for someone who fits our family photo and wants to join us on the next part of our journey.

The clinic offers primarily Podiatry services but also hosts physiotherapy, audiology and counselling.

We’re not interested in average so you must be committed to exceptional patient care and be prepared to live up to high team standards. We pride ourselves on maintaining a clean culture and environment within which we can all thrive and realise our potential.

The main responsibilties include:

- Coordinate clinic activities and ensure smooth workflow
- Monitor inventory levels and order materials as needed
- Assist the practitioners in their role.
- Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, and document management
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
- Perform general office duties including typing, organizing files, and maintaining office supplies

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a clinical environment.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Google Suite, and other office software
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

**Salary**: From £10.50 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 16 per week
