Korean Speaking Senior Business Planning Consultant

K-People Europe is a recruitment consultancy specialized in Korean speaking jobs with a dedicated Korean recruitment consultant working in Londonsince 2007.

Our client, a global blue chip company, is looking for **Korean speaking Senior Business Planning Consultant**.

**[Purpose of the Job]**

The primary role is to provide direct consulting and support to relevant key liaisons at the company with respect to the business planning and production planning in all business areas; IT Innovation, Solution, Cloud business and others.

**[Key Responsibilities]**
(1) Work closely with the Management team to support in regards to business strategy and product planning

(2) Engage with internal teams to understand diverse, specific business needs and make new IT projects to meet those needs

(3) Communicate and report regularly to other head of departments on the progress and status

(4) Involvement in meetings and workshops internally/externally

(5) Reporting: CEO weekly report, business strategy report (half-yearly), other ad-hoc reports to HQ

**[Requirements]**
(1) Must be fluent in both Korean & English

(2) Must have minimum 5 years’ relevant work experience

(3) Experience in working within a large organisation, multiple stakeholders, and communicate with C-Levels including regular reporting to them

(4) Experience in strategic international business development combined with consulting

(5) Demonstrate consistent focus on revenue growth and concrete business results

(7) Proactive, independent and responsible attitude, also be able to work comfortably in unstructured environments

**[Conditions]**
(1) Job location: Weybridge, Surrey(free shuttle from/to Weybridge rail station)

(3) Hours of work: 37.5 hour per week (some overtime work may be required for emergencies and projects)
(4) Annual basic salary: up to 70K (depending on experience)
(5) Performance based bonus, pension, life assurance, private medical insurance, etc.
(6) Annual leave: 33 (25 holidays + 8 bank holidays)
