- **1. PURPOSE OF THE JOB**
- Occupational category: Sales Operation Assistant (Korean Speaking)

**2. Role & Responsibilities**
- Overseeing P/L, ROI simulation, and risk management by producing FCST on business budget (prioritizing and allocating spending on business activity)
- Monitoring the sales budget spending progress and activity on daily basis
- Conducting weekly S&OP meetings with sales and marketing managers to scheme and implement promotional pricing strategies for B2B and B2C channels.
- Collaborating with account managers to set up competitive pricing based on market, PSI and competitive analysis and issuing weekly promotional roadmap to stakeholders
- Supporting sales account managers and marketing managers on business activity.
- Verifying customer claims, checking the reasonability of payment (evidence, agreement, sell out data, price etc)
- Communicating with HQ to update regular market and business status
- Regular & ad-hoc report (KPI report, sales progress report, sales budget simulation report etc)
- Corporate with the CS (Customer Service) Department for managing warranty claims, Defective Return and spares parts process
- Analyse CS progress and result of service process
- Provision of regular reports and data to manager
- Report cost forecast and service cost analysis monthly
- Available for ad hoc job duties
**Sales Programme / Marketing Activities Funding Monitoring**
- Share the product and market information with HQ, Sales team and other internal stakeholders, and provide UK business update to HQ
- Understand and forecast on future business budget needs
- Analyse findings by conducting cost & benefit analyses
- Create recommendations based on sound assessment of opportunities and risks and communicate them to management and stakeholders
- Check the reasonability of payment (evidence, agreement, stock date, sales out data, price, etc.)
- Regularly communicate with marketing team and check budget of marketing support
- Display allowance, A&P, rebate, SOA, price protection claim
- Other Sales & Marketing activities support
**Regular Activities**
- Daily: SPMS management (include charge back in sales and market activities), monitoring of daily sales progress
- Weekly: sales programme updated report, monitor & report weekly delivery plan, promotion calendar
- Monthly: sales deduction report, month-end closing (issues related to P&L)
- Yearly: year report for sales programme, individual report etc.
**3. Skills, Education & Experience**
- _Previous experience in a similar role within a related business environment - ideally consumer electronics, is preferable. Bachelor’s Degree is an advantage _
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with navigating large data sets
- Pro-active and confident liaising with both colleagues internally and external stakeholders
- Highly organised with strong administration background
- Energetic self-starter, able to work with mínimal supervision
- Highly focused and capable of sustaining a fast pace in a dynamic environment
- Able to constructively challenge and improve existing practice
- Completer finisher, able to be resilient to drive issues through to a successful customer-focused solution
- Good judgment, able to make practical and realistic decisions within scope of responsibility
- Proven commercial acumen and ability to achieve commercial objectives
**4. SALARY & BENEFITS**
- Visa Holders of a visa that allows them to work legally in the UK
- Annual Salary: DOE
- Recruitment: Full-Time
- Working hours: 7.5 hours / 5 days
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Holiday: 25 days (+ Public Holidays)

**5. PROCESS**
- 1st: Document review (Written review of submitted documents such as resume, self-introduction letter, and certificate)
- 2nd: Interview (comprehensive evaluation of skills required for job performance through interview and foreign language evaluation)
