**Working hours: 40 hours per week to include weekend working**

**Salary: Upto £25,000 per annum**

**Salary will increase on completion of the Audiology Practioner course**

We seek a full time Clinical Admin Assistant to work in our busy Audiology department.

We’re looking for someone with experience in customer service with strong communication skills, who is good with people, has an organised approach & a willingness to help - a friendly and professional approach is essential. As part of our team, you’ll make sure every patient receives a great experience from the get go, creating a positive impression at every opportunity.

This role will involve;
- Diary management
- Call Handling
- Triaging in store, online and phone bookings
- Signposting customers to correct services
- Ordering of consumables, leaflets, equipment, batteries etc.
- Repairing hearing aids
- Admin tasks like cashing up, stocktake, etc
- Attending the Audiology Practitioner course (microsuction)
